New this fall is Ripleys Mountain Coaster. Located on the parkway as you enter Gatlinburg, Ripleys Mountain Coaster is your zooming gateway to mountain memories! Enjoy incredible views as you navigate twists and turns with your very own gravity-propelled cart, which you control the speed of. Also, from October 2831, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, Ripleys is hosting the Trop Rockin in the Smokys Monster Mash Monster Splash event. Come downtown to Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies outdoor plaza to see and hear Trop Rockin in the Smokys, which is a group of tropical rock musicians performing each day/night! Add to the entertainment of your vacation and get your-self in the mood for fun at this one of a kind event.Next up is the brand new Skytrail at Gatlinburg Skylift Park. The SkyTrail is now open for spectacular views from a mountain-hugging trail. The SkyTrail connects the two ends of the SkyBridge, the longest pedestrian cable bridge in North America. The trail gives you even more ways to enjoy breathtaking vistas over Gatlinburg and the Smokies. The SkyTrail follows the contours of Crockett Mountain and is a half wooden boardwalk and half paved walkway. Both are easy strolls and dogs are welcome. The trail leads to the new Tulip Tower, where four platforms offer ever-higher viewing experiences.Every season, Anakeesta adds to their already impressive line-up of offerings and this fall is no different. This time they have teamed up with Candian-based studio The Moment Factory to bring to life the Lumina Enchanted Night Walk at Anakeesta. Opening this fall, this is the first of its kind experience in the United States. It will be a stellar journey of discovery that offers visitors of Gatlinburg a new nighttime offering unlike anything else in the country.
